Description of Work: house was possibly hit by lighting, stated would do a through inspection. Changed a circuit breaker and said all was good . After he left tenant reported that all GFI outlets were not working and Well pump was also not working. I will go with someone else next time..

I apologize for any inconvenience I pride myself on customer satisfaction and would do anything to make a situation that is my fault right. We were called out to this house due to the range not working when we arrived we were told the house was possibly hit by lightning. We inspected the panel and found one of the cover screws was penetrating the range wire and caused a arc in the box, we replaced the burnt wire and then tried to reset the breaker, it would not reset so we replaced the breaker. We also checked the outside meter and disconnect finding the pump turned off ( not tripped ) and turned it back on . We also check a couple outlets in the house and inspected for any type of lightning damage which we did not find. I asked the customer if there was anything else that had stopped working and was told no the only things not working was the range and a TV but the TV had stopped working before, we checked the Tv circuit and it worked the outlet was good. I then contacted (Member name removed) and explained the situation and offered to meg each circuit in the house to check for any insulation damage and was told that would not be necessary as they were not sure the house was hit by lighting. I also felt the house was not hit with lighting because I've been to houses that have had lightning damage and it was evident, also the damage in the breaker box could have tripped the main breaker and most likely did, that being said I still offered a price to check every circuit in the house for lighting damage and was told not to. Again I apologize for any inconvenience and hate that you do not feel like you were treated fairly I have been in business for four years and this is the first bad review it affects my livelihood and my family I would hope to be given a fair chance to make you feel better but will not work for free I did all this for a price of under 300.00 please reconsider next time before making bad reviews on something that is obviously a misunderstanding and not a malicious or purposeful intent to do harm. If you would like for us to troubleshoot your gfci please call and make a appointment we would be happy to troubleshoot for a nominal fee. Thank you, and again I apologize for any inconvenience.

He was wonderful, showed up on time, and there were no problems. It was not real expensive. He explained everything that he was doing. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: He replaced a switch for us. We also had a problem with our circuit panel and he had to replace the circut switch.

You see, I just bought a house which was built in 1968, which means it had the old 2 wiring circuits in the house and were not grounded. My house inspector told me that if I wanted to use my computers and electronics, I would need to upgrade to a 3 wire grounded system to protect it for a few receptacles in the house. I called two companies. Jeremy, the owner first came to give me a quote. I had asked another company from Angieslist to come as well. Jeremy's quote was very competitive. My biggest concern was: Price, Expertise, and Quickness So I was looking for an electrician that knew his or her work well. Jeremy knew his stuff well and I saved money in the end with him. The other company quoted me around $1300 to do the above work, Jeremy gave it to me for $1070. Zoom forward to March 7th. He arrived the time he said he would arrived and worked throughout the day. I was there at the house because the roofers were there as well. One thing that stood out to me was his honesty and wasn't trying to sell me stuff as the other company was. He even pointed out to me on my electric panel a possible fire hazard. Instead of charging me extra, he lessened the hazard, which was nice of him to do. As promised, he spent all day from 10AM till 6PM with a short lunch break, working on my house. He upgraded my 2 wiring to 3 wiring grounded for 4 receptacles, so now I can protect my electronics. He added surge protection on Electric Panel to protect the whole house from surges. Added a dedicated circuit in my office. And then he added a bathroom fan. I'm happy with the results. He also spent about an hour cleaning up after his mess; talk about professionalism there. As usual I would recommend you to get several quotes on bigger projects from several companies. However, I'd highly recommend Jeremy's services if you're looking for someone who is on time, competitive rates, isn't gonna try to sell you fancy services that you don't need, and is trustworthy.
