+ 0 moreWhen we were on the island we met with them and showed them the problems. Some things we didn't know until we arrived as it is a resort rental property. They had a "can do" attitude and they did it!
Description of Work: We own one condo unit in South Padre Island that is part of a larger complex. The complex had damage from Hurricane Dolly and it was 22 months before we were told it was finished. We flew down and there were several things still on the punch list. The hall shower was not working, no drain in the Master Bath tub, a rusty fuse box that the cover was never replaced and the sheetrock was damaged and some other small items like a plexi-glass kickplate installed. We had booked rentals starting 4 days from when we hired them. We were not waiting any longer for the company the HOA hired. Moore Construction was the closest to the island and recommended by Angie's list. They rescued us. Not only did they finish the work in time for the rental, they e-mailed us 9 pictures that it was finished as we had flown back home. Their price was also fair. They have a slogan "Moore dependable than most" Believe it, we are satisfied customers!
