They knew what they were doing and I haven't had any further trouble.

They were scheduled to show up Friday afternoon. They called around appointment time to say they couldn't make it. Then days after the appointment they sent me an invoice for something, and I didn't even get any additional services done. I definitely wouldn't use again.

The work was actually done for my Mom. The first thing she said when she called me that evening is how delighted she was and how nice and professional Bobby was. He explained what needed to be done, gave her the options and overall just made her think she was in good hand. She was so thrilled with the work (two new toilets were added) that she signed up for a maintenance plan.

The leak turned out to be much worse and whole toilet had to be replaced. Chad drove all the way back to their company and installed new toilet. He (Chad) could not have been any kinder and professional or knowledgeable. He was wonderful and I have recommended Meetz to others already.

They did a great job, They were really polite and took care of business and were on time and pleasant, they covered their shoes when they came in. Very professional service!

Extremely bad performance. We had a shower faucet that was dripping. Metze came over to take a look, could not open the shower faucet and suggested we remodel the entire standing shower unit by breaking the wall etc. The personnel was even trying to push sell toilets (commodes) suggesting that the ones you have are old. I was extremely surprised by the performance. Instead of trying the solve the issue I had requested for they were on to everything else.

The employee was very kind and neat. Cleaned up as he went and kept me abreast of the work. Made a recommendation for further drain line repair and will receive an estimate.

Repairmen we punctual and friendly. They did a great job fixing the pump. Would use them again, and highly recommend them.

The technician charged my husband almost $900 to fix a minor leak in our crawlspace where he replaced 5 feet of CPVC pipe. That is absolutely ridiculous and I am considering reporting it to the better business bureau. I am a commercial architect with Stevens & Wilkinson and one of our engineers recommended you. I showed them the invoice and they could not believe it. They will not be recommending you any more and you can bet I will tell everyone just exactly what I think about your service

All they want is for you to sign a contract or there are no guarantees on anything. Only fixed one toilet. Too expensive to do all. Now it doesn't work right all the time.

Very smoothly. They showed up when they said they would, went right to work, and left my yard in excellent shape.

The guy assigned to do drain work is a complete rip off artist. He had tried to trick me at my other house. His trick is to come over for drain work and go under house and then tell you that you need a complete re fit of your drain system. Neither time this was needed. It was a simple fix of the clog. I ran him out of my house as soon as I remembered him and what had happened. before. I had used Meetze for other things for several years. Do not let the drain guy anywhere near your house. The company tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong. This was not true. Trust me. The plumber I hired told me it was not a big problem. Simple fix. At the other house the guy who came out to do the work the next few days is the one who found the work was over reported. He was really surprised what they told me. He called back in to the office and reported it. He no longer works for them but the original still does. I told Meetze what I thought of this.

I shut it down with high suspicions I was being taken for a ride. The work was done later on by another trusted plumbers No problems. He wanted to redo the entire system. It was going to be thousands.

Without exception, every single Meetze employee is professional, calm, courteous, knowledgeable. And I was frantic over the leak (meter running fast) and a huge water/sewer bill just paid prior to Meetze coming out, but all Meetze staff were great -- couldn't ask for better service.

Still waiting to be on the Meetze schedule for completion of work already paid for! Meetze has great customer phone service and the ability to respond the same day - always a plus for doing business.

two young guys came out, barely looked at sink, didn't offer to snake it... went out back and looked at two pipes coming out of ground, small ones, said it was my septic and it was full. Said they were 99 percent sure I needed it cleaned out. I paid them and called the septic company. They sent a guy over the next day and he said the septic system was hundreds of feet from where Meetze's guys thought. He opened it. Only 1/3 full. Cost me three hundred dollars and drain still plugged. Called Rotorooter. Next day it took ten minutes for them to unclog the drain. This nightmare went on for four days. The Meetze men said I might need a whole new septic system and really frightened us. They threw around figures like ten thousand dollars for costs. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything. I have a lovely older brick home in a nice neighborhood which I bought two years ago and was seriously doubting it had been care for, but it was... just poor judgement on the first plumbers( if they really were) visit.

They new that I had shut off the water, so they finished up other work and came out in about 4 hours later. Repaired the leak in about a hour.

All was done on schedule as described without problems.

He was very professional and only charged what he had to. There were no added extra charges and even gave some advice about keeping it working.

This company charged an 85 year-old widow $411 to replace a water spigot. It took 30 minutes to fix. When we called the business the man on the phone told us that it is normal to charge over $400 for this repair. This part can be bought at Lowe's for approximately $10. After all of this the spigot still leaked and my husband ended up fixing it correctly. I thought about taking the Meetze spigot back to their office and throwing it on their desk but I decided in the end it wasn't worth the effort.

They were wonderful. Friendly, on-time, excellent work, and cleaned up after themselves.
