Description of Work: They provided me a very detail price quote but have not performed the job yet. Their service is a little beyond my current budget for now.

Description of Work: After fixing a major leak under the slab of the house, I had to bring them back when I found the pressure regulator was wonky. This was about a month after the original service. They took minimal time, handle the job professionally and explained everything they did.

Description of Work: They came out the same day and diagnosed the problem and determined our hot water heater needed to be replaced. They found the best deal for our home and installed the same day. Very professional and courteous.

Description of Work: They installed a new Noritz tankless gas water heater. They were extremely professional, & went above & beyond to make sure that we were pleased.

Description of Work: They returned to fix a leaky hose under the kitchen sink that they had previously tried to repair and ending up making it leak more. They repaired the hose at no charge.

Description of Work: We had to replace the shower valves behind our tiles. It was a big mess, but they did a good job. The price seemed fairly reasonable for the job. They did have to come back to re-fix one item, but they were very prompt in doing so.

Description of Work: So glad we used this plumber. We have had several plumbers come to our house in the last year due to clogging of toilets (1979 house with old toilets). This past summer (2014) we re-placed the toilets with new high performance toilets, but still had some issues with toilets running. Meetze not only checked out the toilets, but checked the water heater and water pressure to find out the setting was too high. When he went under the house to check out the water pressure, he found that we had a leak in our pipes that was under the front of the house. The leak was spraying the insulation under the floor and had not soaked through to the wood, thankfully. Yes, this is more of a repair than we thought, but if we had not found out about the leak, there could have been more damage and more money. Out of all the plumbers we have called in the last couple of years, he was the only one that went under the house. Another note: the previous plumbers we had used from our Home Warranty Company. I feel like they just showed up because of a contract and were not in it for the long hall. My personal opinion.
