Plumber was about 30-45 minutes late arriving as plumber originally assigned to my job did not report to work that day. I had to call the main office to determine why plumber was not on time. Work was performed during time estimated by plumber but could have been done faster since he stood outside talking with a co-worker, who delivered need repair parts, about baseball for at least 30 minutes. Cost of work was at least $150 more than price initially quoted. I questioned and was given a technical explanation that was hot air. The problem seems to be corrected, but I will use another company in the future.

Post Script to first review. Meetze did finally return my calls to discuss the bill. They admitted a billing mistake and agreed to call my father and apologize and refund amount billed in error. I have to give them credit for this. Cant help but think that plumber should have know bill was too high and my Dad was a fool for having paid them. No harm, no foul? you be the judge.

What started out as a plugged sewer drain ended up being that the toilet wasn’t installed properly when the house was built. We were given an upfront estimate and the job was finished with perfection. They were top notch and very courteous and professional! We would not hesitate to use them again!

Service man (apparently gas certified, senior tech) appeared from the beginning not interested in doing the job (end of day maybe). spent at least 30 min preparing the estimate which was outrageous (at least twice my other two estimates). It was obvious that he didn't want any part of this job. There was nothing unusual about the job. In fact, i had the person that installed the furnace put in a connector in the line so that this job would be easier.

They put in a new water heater and reversed the winterizing. They wanted to do another $5000 of work which we refused.

Install went well. Cost was more than expected due to bringing everything up to code.

It took two weeks for the dishwasher to be repaired and the first appointment they did not show up and I received not change notice. Once we were past that everything else went well.

Turns out that the toilet was leaking in more places then one. Replaced toilet and as it turns out our toilet is an odd size. They went around and found the right size toilet for us and didn't charge us any extra for the difference in price. The Technician Jimmy was very nice and did a great job. Showed me everything that was wrong, made sure I understood the options I had and why he was suggesting to replace the toilet. Everything went great.

He did a good job. The work was completed as planned. I wasn't here but my daughter was so I can't give a personal anecdote or anything. Just that the job was completed. They were just fine. They're one of the top plumbing companies in town. I am a realtor and I know some of these companies. It was over a hundred dollars. I had paid the fee to have them come out here and they reduced that from the final cost. It was between $100 and $200. I don't have anything to compare the price to anything. The job was completed as asked for. They responded immediately. They were punctual. I talked to a guy on the phone and they are a professional company.

I just called (it's Saturday)...their claim of same day plumbing is false. I was just told that their first opening is Tuesday.

The whole process was good, from phone call, to appointment, to actual service. The young man (Chandler) was prompt, courteous, and knew how to do the job. My complaint is that they charged over $200 for a 15 minute, simple job. All I needed was to disconnect and cap a copper tube that fed gas fireplace logs. I had prepared the logs so that is literally all that was needed. I had talked to a man at Lowes about doing it myself, and it is simple, but I wanted a certified person to do it in case I ever sell the house, etc. The service call itself was $49 -- not unreasonable. The part he used could not have cost more than $5. So, assuming 30 minutes for the actual work (including paper work), they charged the equivalent of $346 per hour. I bought an Angie's List coupon which gave me $100 off (so I ended up paying $146 per hour). I wonder whether they overcharged me because of the coupon.

It was very good. They are a good plumber. I use to use them without Angie's List. They have always been good, so I am familiar with them. I have no problem with them. There is nothing that they can improve on.

Kevin, my Tech called and gave me an arrival estimate. Despite exceptionally poor weather, was prompt. Pleasant and professional introduction. Quickly identified the base issues that I called about, then proceeded to do a more complete inspection. Took photos/video of the seen issues, presented a number of options w/ pros and cons well laid out. No pressure was made for any services, etc, that were not needed. No attempt to 'up-sell', Issue resolved before estimated time of completion. Kept informed as to progress the whole time. Finished, carefully reviewed all work done, and all suggested future work (with useful, and realistic estimates to allow me to budget) Exceptionally pleased w/ Meetze in general, and Kevin in particular. Will highly recommend to others

Chandler and Anthony were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed our problem quickly and made necessary repairs. Our previous plumber used a temporary end cap on a pipe inside a wall which obviously did not end well for us. But Chandler and Anthony provided great customer service, which is a rare commodity today.

Came promptly, performed work and assessed another toilet that was leaking and replaced that one. Quote was reasonable and work done without problem. Very good experience!
