Description of Work: I needed to have leak from copper pipe repaired which was on sale from $225 to $125. I bought the service for $125 but ended up paying $369 which included $49 for the visit. Normally the provider deducts the inspection fee from the cost total cost.

Description of Work: Had a break in our main water line just before the shutoff valve to the house. Called Meetze Plumbing and Kevin arrived within an hour. He and his assistant went right to work and had the leak repaired in less than 2 hours. Also, replaced the old isolation valve with a better version and removed some excessive fittings. Great work guys! Price was a little higher than expected but overall very pleased with the service. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They replaced a shut-off valve for the water to my house. My only complaint about Meetze is that everything they do is very expensive. I have delayed other plumbing repairs as a result. They are very professional and well-trained, show up on time, and are very thorough.

Description of Work: Meetze Plumbing replumbed our entire house. They were efficient and professional. They kept openings in walls/ceilings to a remarkable minimum, and always left us with water on when they left each day.

Description of Work: Due to continuing backup of our toilet, we had our sewer lines replaced. First, two compliments -- the owner, Kevin Meetze is a class act in every way; whenever a problem occurred, he made a special effort to resolve it. The second kudo goes to the workers who came out to do the work. There were things they did well and other things poorly, but they had a great attitude and did their best. | |Now the other side. Their punctuality and responsiveness was abysmal. The man who provided the estimate told us the job would be completed in two weeks, but instead they took almost four weeks to start the job. The estimator on our job mis-estimated the job (though we were told he was the best). When I insisted we had accepted the job as written, Kevin did honor the estimate, but the scheduling clerk took it upon herself to write us a nasty note saying we were wrong to insist the estimate be honored. Finally, when the job was "complete," our irrigation system did not work. The Meetze workers admitted they had spliced the wiring and that Meetze had a woman who was a wizard in repairing such problems, but we never heard a word from them again.
