I had Meetze come out to give an estimate for a new gas line for a gas stove at my rental property. The estimate was high in my opinon, but we needed it done and went ahead and asked for the work to be scheduled. We agreed on a day for the following week, which was the soonest available date. When the day arrived, I took the day off from work and waited at the house several hours before calling after nobody showed up. When I called and asked if anyone was coming, they did not even seem to know what I was talking about and asked to call me back. They finally called back several hours later and said the earliest they could come would be the following week. No apology for not showing up, no explanation, nothing. Just called to schedule another day like nothing had happened. Very unprofessional.

Easy! I called on Christmas Eve morning without Hot Water and by mid-day I had everything installed new These folks are super and professional.

Could fix faucet. Did loose so it worked better. Had three people show up to work but didn't fix leak in main waterline. Wanted to replace enter line for $1700. Called Contrell Plumbing and they fixed it for $320. Tighten shower head in bathroom and said I need a new showhead as they couldn't tighten and no washer would fix. I wrapped threads on showerhead and reattached. Stopped the leak. Seemed they wanted to replace things instead of repairing for higher cost.

Dale, the plumber, showed up exactly when they said he would. He was very polite and professional. He explained exactly what was to be done and what the price would be before starting work. He even wore little booties to protect my floor. He completed the work quickly and even cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Meetze Plumbing to anyone for their plumbing needs.

I went with Meetze because 1) they were ready to do the installation the same day, 2) the two installers were professional, polite and didn't try the "hard sell" and 3) there was a coupon from their website for another $50 off. They completed the work in 2-3hours and hauled away the old tank. It went very well.

They were very prompt in coming and very courteous but it turned out not to be a plumbing problem so he didn’t really do anything, but he did point some right directions. He was helpful in trying to figure out what the problem was. The quality was fine. He was very good at professionalism.

They did not let me know that they would be charging for the estimate beforehand.

The workers called when they were on the way to my house and arrived at the scheduled time. They evaluated the problem and gave me an estimate. They worked efficiently, were polite and professional. One of the workers worked on the sink problem while the other worker worked on the problem with the washing machine. They addressed the problem I was having with water rising and standing in the right double sink while I was washing dishes in the left sink. All problems were addressed and corrected to my satisfaction.This is the first time I have used a professional plumber and I found the cost to be high therefore the "C". The "C" rating is based on the fact that there were no replacement parts needed and the work only took 40 minutes to complete. The final cost of the work ($311.00) was after an adjusment was made for a $25.00 coupon from Angie's List and a senior discount..Overall, I am satisfied with the work that was performed.

Responded quickly and worked quickly. Technician was very professional and well mannered. We received alot of discounts which made the price exceptable.

Technican was at the house within an hour (on a Friday afternoon) and reiared the hoses to eliminate the leak. Provided an estimate and explanation for replacing the sink to prevent future issues. Worked quickly and was very professional.

Went very well - service and price was good. Monday night I found my hot water pressure at the sink was low. Called Meetze back Tuesday , and scheduled another visit for Wednesday 1st appt. They removed the water supply valve and found it "gunked up" probably from an old hot water heater sediment . Replaced hot/cold stop and supply under the kitchen sink and also replaced the faucet again, in case it had been damaged with the sediment. Total for this trip was $146.00. Overall service was very good - Dale & Chad were very nice and professional.

My water heater sprung a leak and decided to wash the garage floor for me. I was very distraut as I didn't need to spend $800 on a new water. Reluctantly, I called Meetze and asked for them to come out on this Sunday afternoon to fix it. I was surprised to receive a return call within fifteen minutes. The gentleman asked a number of questions and instead of coming out to sell me a new water heater, asked me the date it was installed. I looked it up and he told me it was still under warranty and the original manufacturer should pay to replace it if it has failed due to workmanship. Well, he was right. I had to pay $125 in labor for the replacement, but not $800 for a new water heater. I am so impressed at the honesty and integrity demonstrated by this firm. They could have easily soaked me for a new water heater and no one would be the wiser. Instead, they were honest and told me the truth. It is a shame more companies don't have this attitude. I will definitely call them again.

I have used Meetze for various problems over the past 20 years and have always been very pleased. Recently, however, they seem to have changed their pricing. They now add $49 to every price just for coming out. I paid $100 to install a new ball c*** plus $49 trip charge ..... total $149. It took about 15 -20 minutes. The technician was great but I think the price was a little out of line.

Meetze Plumbing has come out on many occassions and done a fantastic job. If we ever have a plumbing issue, they are the only company we call. They do quick and quality work. The service people are very professional, imaculent, and clean.

Quoted $215 to clean the kitchen drain out. I've cleaned kitchen drains out many times and it has usually taken me anywhere from 30 mintues to 1 hour to do the work and I'm not a plumber. Since they are plumbers, I would expect that amount of time or less. That means they are charging $215/hr to do the work. Some doctors don't even charge that rate.

My kitchen sink was draining slow but when I tried a household hints remedy of baking soda and vinegar that just totally clogged it up last evening. I called Meetze as soon as they opened at 8 AM today and the lady said a dispatcher would call me back within about a half hour, which she did. Dispatcher said she had all guys on jobs but would find someone to help me out and would get back to me about arrival. She called me back about a half-hour later and said someone would head to my house in about 45 mins. Two fellows, Coley (sp?) and Jose arrived promptly. Since my husband and I had tried plunging and he ran 2 different sized plumbers snakes down the drain last night we knew the clog wasn't just under the sink, but further down the line and I was really worried about major work possibly needing to be done. Coley told me his plan of action and gave me an estimate of I believe $80 if plunging worked, and if not he would run a plumbers snake and camera down the pipes, and if he needed to do that it would cost something like $250. Luckily that worked so my final bill was $222, after deducting my $25 coupon--Thank You, Angie! Both men were very polite, professional, and stayed on task. They put down a drop cloth to protect my kitchen floor and tried to be as neat as possible when working with yucky water. (ugh!)

They come out quickly and do a good job. I have never had them to come back to fix anything they have fixed before.

Meetze had a good reputation on Angie's list and two people I know in contracting and home remodeling told me they were reliable. They came in with a price substantially below the other bids. I decided to have the concrete work (replacing a walkway ) done by the mason who had done the original. That affected the price but not by much. They did the work on time and they cleaned up with care. I am very pleased and would recommend them.

We have used them several times. They are a big outfit. We have not had any trouble with any of them, they have been prompt and professional. They gave us quite a high price on the water heater. I said I don't know about that and we called another guy and they gave us a price for about half.. They are able to minimize the impact of the repairs. We have never had any trouble with any of the people. I think it was just one of the people because there are so many of them, but they have basically been very good. When it comes to simple repairs they are very good.

They were very puctual. They even called ahead and were able to come earlier than our scheduled appointment. They gave us several pricing choices to provide us with options for the best service for us. They explained everything thoroughly to ensure we made the best choice. He was in and out within one hour and even cleaned up after himself. He was great and we had a wonderful experience.

He did come back, and he did a great job on the project. We will use Meetze Plumbing again when we have a need for a plumber!

I probably found it through Angie’s List. They got here when they said they would get here. The young man who came, did a very good job. He looked at the situation and told me how much it was going to cost. He cleaned up really well. They did a great job. I had priced out how much that particular toilet would cost, so their price seemed fair as well. I am probably going to have them come back and replace my toilet in my other bathroom as well. In terms of price, the second thing they did I think probably was a little expensive. I have kind of an older house, I will definitely need to replace the toilet and because I had a good experience with them I probably will call them again.
