He was very helpful. He was very responsive to my request. I told him I was looking for a 2 bedroom house to rent in a certain area. He responded fairly quickly. I had an email from him for a rental property within half an hour. He was very professional in his interaction by email and phone. My dealings with him were very positive. I haven’t met with him yet.
