Lake Murray Floor Covering

They came out and measured my den and kitchen. They said that they would call with the estimate. They never called me with an estimate.

I Was told last Saturday they would start work the next week. May be a delay of a day or two because of weather. Called the salesman (Bill Greene) every day to get an update. He never returned one call. I even went over there for an update Wednesday and was told Bill was out on a job but he would have him call me. He didn't call. Called Wednesday night. Dave told me Bill didn't have any information for me and would call me when he did. When you spend over $6,300.00, the vendor should have the common courtesy to keep informed. On Thursday, still no call back. Thursday afternoon I again went into the store. Bill was busy with someone else so he asked another salesman to deal with me. I told the other salesman to cancel the order and refund my down payment. He said they were scheduled to begin work on Tuesday. Told him that was news to me. I also told him a few phone calls would have made me happy and they would still have my business but it was now to late. Told him I couldn't do business with a company with such poor customer service. Door to Door Flooring is now going to to the work.
