Larry and his team were awesome! I cannot begin to express how professional he and his team were. Larry took on a huge project with my home. The previous tenants had been evicted and had all but destroyed the interior of the home. It was a complete disaster. After realizing that my property manager was not going to do much but continue to give me excuses about how contractors in the Columbia, SC area were so busy because of the flooding that had taken place months ago, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I could not afford to have the house sitting empty and not rented out. I signed up for Home Advisor and found Larry. I contacted Larry and coordinated everything from Fort Knox, KY. Larry went to my home and assessed the situation. Larry and I communicated through FaceTime on our iPhones. He walked me through the home room by room and I was able to get a true picture of all of the damage. He let me know exactly what needed to be done step by step. I decided to higher Larry after he sent me a written quote and I do not regret my decision one bit. My husband and I made a trip to Columbia, SC to see the home and finalize all remaining work. Wow!! The interior of the home looked brand new! He patched all the holes in the walls and repainted the entire house. Larry and his team did such a good job that when my new property manager put the house on the market, it was rented out in less than 24 hours! People, listen to me, you can't go wrong if you hire Larry. I am a Soldier in the U.S. Army so if there are any Soldiers out there in the Columbia, SC area looking to complete home improvements I just want you to know he is absolutely trustworthy. Installers were very professional and attentive to detail! End result was great!

great customer service but a little bit pricey . Paid 600.00 for them to replace a piece of board and reflash the chimney.

They returned call right away and came over same day for estimate and repaired the roof immediately since the weather was forecasting rain for the weekend. I will definitely consider them for another big project later this year. Thanks Joey Yon and Forrest Massmore.

This company was very responsive and professional from start to finish. Larry provided me with detailed quotes via e-mail, which I very much appreciated. Steven, the man who did the painting has no equal . He made sure every little detail was done correctly, and was friendly, knowledgable, on time, and a talented painter. I will definitely hire this company again, and highly recommend them!

They were dependable and when weather prevented the work to be completed. They promptly rescheduled. The completed repair is durable and looks great.

When I contacted Larry he was very polite and came out in a timely fashion to give me an estimate on the repairs I needed done to my home. Steven (the painter) went above and beyond what need to be done in my home. We had called other contractors in the past to fix this same leak, but no one ever fixed it permanently. Larry and his crew evaluated the situation and determined that a vent (that we didn't need) had to be removed. They took out the vent and re-roofed the area. You can't even tell where the repair was done. On top of that, they checked out the rest of the roof, sealed areas that needed attention and swept the entire roof. I have already recommended them to two other people and they were just as happy with them as I am. I'm definitely a return customer.

Job well done on repairing my deck. Fast and friendly service. Will use them again. Not sure about pricing since I got no other estimates.
