Communication was good and a schedule and price was set for work. James came out when scheduled and worked late the second day to complete the job. We were without plumbing for hardly any time because of the way he organized the work. I had contacted several other plumbers and his price was far more reasonable for same work. I am in the maintenance field and have some idea what job and materials would cost. I feel the price was fair, work was professional and company good to work with.

The heater started leaking on Tues. night. I called right away to get on his schedule for the next day while my husbnad went out to turn off the water. It looked as if we weren't going to be able to get it turned off and James was set to come do it even at 10:30 pm. We did mamage to get it off so he came the next morning and discomnnected the heater so we could have water, but couldn't do the install until the following day. He arrive when he said the would the following day, did the work, cleaned up, and was gone. James is very personable, honest, and professional. We have used him several times and are always pleased.

He is very professional. I don't know if I would call him prompt but he does get the work done. He's very honest. I think the price was too high but I think every plumber is too high. The price was average. I wasn't there when he did the work. I would use him again.
