Heads Up Irrigation SC

I had a water supply line break yesterday afternoon, but didn't discover it until last night (don't you just LOVE when that happens). I called Heads Up after hours, and received an immediate text back from Kim, asking if they could send one of their techs (Tom) over this morning, He got here, immediately confirmed the issue, and had everything repaired and back up running within an hour. He even flushed out the water lines before leaving, and made sure I was satisfied with everything. I highly recommend Heads Up!

They did a good job, were careful regarding our property and yard, and efficient with their time. Had some miscommunication initially regarding when the work was to be done, but it was straightened out and they came and did a great job! Would hire them again without question! And will probably get them to check our system yearly! Thanks to Chris Davies and crew for their professionalism.

Chris came out and gave estimate and available times for completion. He and his crew showed up when expected and worked hard. Everything works great and the grass is beautiful!

I would probably would want to look around and see who else is doing the work and find someone else. I did not care for their professionalism. It upset me because they did the work and I paid with a credit card and when they handed me the bill they charged me for using the credit card. I think it was like $40 or $50. They charged me a fee for using the credit card so I screamed bloody murder. Finally they sent me a check and gave me the money back. But they did not tell me up front if you use a credit card we are going to charge you for it or I would have paid with a check.

Chris at Heads Up responded to my phone message the same day and came to give me an estimate the next day. Within a two week time frame his crew dug up the dead shrubs and pruned the others, put in a French drain and an irrigation system, laid sod and planted shrubs to replace those that were dug up. The workers were efficient, friendly, and wasted no time while working in very hot weather. I highly recommend this company!

Was on time and courteous. Fixed leak and adjusted some sprinkler heads to better water our flower beds.

Call to company was returned the same day. Made appointment that was good for me. Technician Tom came out asked what I needed and precede to check my system. He adjusted the heads, changed out some heads, and set the timer. Also had to open the valve on the backflow. Tom gave good advice and was professional. Will definitely use this company again.

Great, hard working, my go to guys.
