Eric came highly recommended by a friend. I had Eric come over and look at my yard, we wanted an irrigation system put in, install new bushes and shrubs, some sod set in other landscaping done to finish up our yard. We agreed on a price for the work he was going to do. I knew he had a prior engagement and that he would call me in two weeks. During that time I was going to have a well installed to feed the irrigation system. He told me he would call once he was ready. Two weeks passed and I had the well put in and I had the utility company come out to show us where their equipment was so we wouldn't disturb it. I thought we were good to go and then the third week passed and Irrithen after the fourth week after he was supposed to start passed I called him. He told me he really didn't want to do the job, he was sorry but it wasn't what he wanted to do. Understand this, he set the price, he told me what I needed and had complete control over the work, I trusted him to do what he said and I was paying him the full amount he asked for to do the job. His irresponsibility set us back a month and we had to start all over again getting quotes etc. There is another person on Angie's list that gave him poor reviews. I actually signed up for Angie's list so Eric could see what the person said about him. He blamed the member for the work not being accomplished as agreed. After our experience, I have no doubt the negative review was accurate. How ironic. I wish Eric well, however I would never consider him to do any work for us because he can't be trusted. My friend was not pleased with Eric's decision either.

Work performed was good. However, contractor was aware of my deadline (before out-of-town guests arriving) and did not complete all the work discussed.

Prompt, professional, and thorough - if Eric says he's going to do it, it will be done - professionally - when he says it will. His prices are extremely reasonable - better than any other proposals I've received. His proposal for my irrigation system is half of next lowest competitor. Only waiting for some paver work to be completed before he begins.

He is excellent. I have used his services two or three times. His work is excellent. He comes on time. He does what he is supposed to do. He knows what he is doing. He is very efficient. He is also reasonably priced and he sticks with his price. He charged me $60 for the last service and I also had him put an irrigation system, which was $900. There was another thing that he did for me which was probably another $60. I was grateful for every dollar I spent with him and I couldn?t ask for a nicer guy. He is very competitive compared to the same services I have used elsewhere in the past. I would definitely use his services in the future too.
