 + -1 moreWe had a good experience with the water clean up process-would rate a B. Employees that showed up were very nice and did a thorough job. Took about a week to dry all the carpet and hardwoods. They were very responsive between the initial call and showing up the day after the water damage. We were very impressed with that part of the process! They also did a good job working with our insurance company. Billing area I would rate a C. It took forever to get our bills and they were pretty confusing when trying to break down costs and estimates. D for the post water clean up renovation services. We felt the project manager wasn't professional and we didn't feel our business was appreciated by him based on how we were treated.
Description of Work: Water Clean Up was performed-Good Worked with Project Manager on after water damage renovations but no services performed.-Bad

 + -1 moreThe carpet cleaning was expertly done by a super technician. They saved us tons of money by making an abused carpet near perfect. The 2nd time Duraclean did mold remediation. The owner came out & gave us great advice & service. He was friendly, polite & knew his subject well. By the next day everything was cleaned up & made perfect again. This is a good, honest, reliable company with great people running the office & extremely helpful.
Description of Work: The fst time we had them was carpet cleaning in 2013. This time 4/15/15 was mold remediation.

 + -1 moreThe Positive: Overall we are very happy with the outcome. The cost was very affordable compared to other quotes we had received. The work was for the most part very well done. We did have to call Duraclean to come back to fix a couple of spots which they did do. Now our dining room no longer smells like cat urine and it looks pretty much just like we had it before. The Negative: The only real negative aspect of our experience with this provider was communication. We had called in for a quote and it took about 6 weeks for them to get back to us and I had to call them to get it. However, it should be said that they were incredibly busy because of all the frozen pipes due to the really cold weather we kept having. Once we had the quote and gave them the green light for the project, they were very responsive and did a good job.
Description of Work: Renters turned the dining room into a litter box so Duraclean pulled out the carpet, tore out about a foot of drywall, sealed the concrete and exposed beams then replaced and re-painted everything.

They were very professional, friendly, courteous, and were usually on time. They would call if they were going to be late. They also worked with the insurance company to get us more if we needed it. The lady we worked with, Shelly, helped us pick out new cabinets and countertops.
Description of Work: They worked on our rental property after there had been water damage.

Description of Work: I've used Duraclean for carpet cleaning for more than a decade. They're reliable and my carpet always looks great even though I'm pretty h it. They never try to upsell me and leave the carpet not too wet.
