+ -1 moreAfter 20 years with this company, they terminated my termite bond when the yearly inspection revealed a minuscule former termite presence that would have involved replacing one 8 foot 2 x 4 and a little paint. Yes, I was a couple of years behind on the inspections because no reminder postcard was sent in the two years previous. Nor did they try to email or call me when I failed to remember they had not done their yearly inspection. So when this minor inactive termite activity was discovered, Carolina Pest refused to fix the situation and returned my annual fee. Beware if any termite activity is discovered if you have a contract with them.

+ -1 moreThey did fine. They were fairly priced. I did look around and called around but they were the lowest. This was for the yearly termite control. It was fine. They were actually early, which was nice. They were professional.
