On Christmas Eve my toilets backed up into the shower and tub. On Tuesday the issue did not correct itself so I made a post asking for suggestions. Krista answered and said she could have a tech there that afternoon. Craig and his helper showed up. The helper stayed on his phone the whole time. They couldn’t find a clean out and said they would have to find another way to solve my issue. Quoted me $590 to use a 75ft snake down my shower pipes. Once they started the machine broke. I had to wait while they went to Home Depot to get another one. Came back and in less than 15 mins told me they couldn’t solve my issue. During this a friend of mine called Krista and asked what the charge would be if a problem couldn’t be solved. She said around $300. I was still charged $590 and then quoted over $800 for them to come back to install a clean out. I was upset and paid anyway but I know they took advantage of me. After they left I contacted another plumber that came after fitting me in and the problem was corrected with a new clean out installed for $200. I will not recommend Apple Services Plumbing and wish I had read reviews before having them come out. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of customers.

I have used this company twice in one month. Both times they were late by 2 to over 3 hours. They pumped my septic tanks, first one at a rental and next at my personal home. They falsely said I agreed to pay $50.00 more for my personal home. The manager said they had me on record agreeing to the increase. When I told him that wasn't true and if he would play it back with me agreeing to that, I would pay it. He then started making excuses. I would not trust this business I personally have never written a bad review before. This is my first. Several hours after posting this 1 star review to Google, the owner called me. He apologized for his employees and assured me that I did nothing wrong. He acknowledged there were mistakes made by his employees. He wanted to know what he could do to retain my business. I told him I appreciated him calling, but right now there was nothing he could do. After his continual insistence on how he could retain my business, I asked him for his suggestion. It became obvious that the only way that he would be happy is if I took down my review. At that time he said he would tear up my check and he would send me a picture of it voided. He failed to do this and instead he chose to post an untruthful response on Google. I thought he was trying to retain my business, but as he talked on, it became apparent that he was only interested in removing the bad review. To me it’s more important to have an accurate review. It would not be honest to give his company a good review, just to get a refund. It would be more important to me to give others a heads up of the obvious lack of customer service and honesty in this company. What has been said here is completely accurate. I in no way threatened or bribed him. I have nothing to gain in doing such a thing. As to this being my first review, that is a truthful statement. My wife and I share this email address and the other reviews belong to her.

Contacted Apple to request an inspection in order to close on a home. Originally scheduled for 11:00. They contacted me an hour prior and stated that would have to modify appointment time. Provided the selection of either 1:00 or 4:00. I took time off work and went to the property to meet the inspectors at 4:00 as arranged. At 4:45 I contacted the company. They stated that there was a problem with one of the trucks and that they received an emergency call that took priority (could charge more so naturally I got bumped). They stated that the should be at the property sometime around 6:30 or so. I asked why after rescheduling the same day (at the request of the company providing the "service") would they be two and a half hours late and not have the courtesy to call. Provided the company the opportunity to correct the issue by discounting services. They actually had the audacity to state that there was never a confirmed appointment at 4pm and that they only agreed to be there after four and that 630 is after four. I was provided a coupon for future services at 10% off with severe limitations. What a joke. When they showed up they couldn't even find the septic tank anyway. Companies like this are exactly what Angies list was created for. They may seem a bit cheaper than the competition, but you will get what you pay for (and likely much less)

Apple services takes great pride and has a reputation that is second to none. We find it unfortunate that you could make these false accusations in regards to your timing issue even though your appointment time was not scheduled by you and may have been misunderstood by your authorized agent. I have listened to all voice communications between your agent and our scheduling staff and have found that you indeed to be scheduled any time after 4pm, per your request according to your agent. You did in fact reach out to my office at 4:47pm on 3/15/2013. We informed you at that time that our technician was in route and according to our GPS software our vehicle unit #12 arrived at your location at 5:36pm not 6:30pm. If we were unable to locate your septic system per your accusations, then why would you agree to have and pay for as well as obtain a copy of your septic system inspection report? We have tried to reach out to you via phone with no response from you. As earlier stated, apple services takes great pride in customer satisfaction and wishes to to assist you in resolving your concerns. Although we do feel that there was a miscommunication do to so many people involved and you being out of the loop. Instead of supplying you with a one time discount, we extended out a multi year discount for any plumbing service you may need as well as free services we provide which will save you hundreds of dollars throughout the year.

Chris came, knew exactly what to do, and did it with professional expertise. It was very good Chris had been to the high-rise building previously, since there are some peculiar quirks in the plumbing.

It went well that day. The guys they sent over were professional. We were pleased with their service at the time, and we were happy to have our toilets and showers usable again. However, two days after they "fixed" the problem, the problem came back. We called Apple Services to see about having someone come out again to fix the problem. Their dispatch person told us that she didn't think we'd get charged for the service again since it was such a short time after the problem was fixed. She said that she would get in touch with the guys who performed the service and she would call us back and let us know for sure. She called us back and informed us that they would actually charge us the same price to fix the same problem that they just "fixed" two days ago. They said that they did not warranty the work because it was a blockage that was apparently caused by "too much" going into the pipes. I rated them a "C" in Quality because, although they we able to get our toilet to flush properly, the problem came back within two days. The way I understand it is that they are saying this is our fault for putting "too much" down the toilet, but I feel that if the blockage was truly cleared, it would have taken more than two days for it to reach this point again. The fact that the problem reoccurred so soon leaves me to believe that the blockage wasn't totally cleared after all. I rated them a "D" in Professionalism because I feel that if they had any integrity, they would have came out and fixed the problem for a minimal price, if anything. I would totally understand charging us the same price if we called weeks or months later, but seriously...two days? I understand that plumbers usually don't warranty stoppage but since the issue returned after only two days, I'd say that the problem wasn't actually fixed. We actually had another plumber, from a different company, come out and were informed that the blockage wasn't even cleared.
Description of Work: We had a blockage in our main line that stopped up our toilets and caused the waste water to go into our shower and bathtub. They tried a couple of possible solutions to clear the blockage that didn't work. They went under the house and saw that we have a pipe on our roof that is connected to our plumbing, so they went on the roof and were able to supposedly clear the blockage through the pipe, which took maybe 15 minutes once they figured out where to go to fix the problem.
