I had a good experience. They did a good job and cleaned up.

John and his crew got right on it. Very Professional and I would recommend.

He was scheduled to come on a Friday but did not call or come. He did did show up on Saturday. However, we were away for the weekend, which we did not like, but he was there so we let him cut. We feel this was too expensive for what we got.

John was extraordinary to work with. I was skeptical going in (my first Angie's list purchase). I had quotes from the last six months from several tree removal services. Most the others either did not have license or were not bonded. John was totally prepared with both from the get go. He came to my house and "helped" me identify what I needed to get done with his crew. Very thoughtful, very professional. We agreed upon the work and then ended up discussing 'raising sons' for about an hour! My Angie's list deal was for 3 men for 8 hours - 24 work hours. I showed up Friday and John had at least 6 men and they worked until mid-day; well over 36 hours. They did a super job of removing the tress and 'protected' a was myrtle that was right next to the largest pine tree. Except for a little chainsaw chips, to evidence they were ever there. Better clean up than I could have done. John is a good guy, owns the company, works hard, hires people. Mostly sets a great example of American entrepreneurship.

We set up an appointment with John who owns All Good Lawn & Tree Service on Saturday, October 10, 2015. He showed up to the appointment on time and he had all of his legal documents handy. John examined the tree and gave us a fair price to take it down. After the storms in Richland County, the tree in our yard posed a dangerous situation. John was already booked the following week so he agreed to do the job the following day on Sunday due to the urgency. He and his guys showed up the next morning and had the tree down and removed in just a couple of hours. It was handled carefully and professionally.

He showed up on time, was polite and professional, charged a fair price for a very large tree in a difficult location and did a good job.

Tilled up existing patchy, eroded section of lawn. Leveled ground and installed st. augustine sod (2 pallets). Excellent response in coming out to give me an estimate and job was done as scheduled. Would use again for future jobs.

I purchased a special from Angie's List for 500 square feet of sod for $500. John came out to measure. We needed much more than the deal covered so John ordered the sod. On Friday he, his son, and 2 other young men showed up. They tilled the area and raked the debris, smoothed the ground, and laid the sod. They were careful to closely align the pieces and followed the curves of the plantings. There was much sod left over so they tilled 2 other areas and placed the new grass in them. John gave me directions to care for the new grass before he left.

He did the job as requested and removed the branches and stems from the fence. He had two helpers who cleaned up well and loaded the branches on the truck trailer. Mr. Green is nice and easy to work with. I was hoping to get the deal offered by Angies List, but he said that because he was hauling everything away, that he could not do the job for the offered price.

The provider took the tree down as agreed but bent a trellis instead of moving it or requesting I move it. Like I said I was responsible for the haul off of the tree but his crew left water bottles and Gatorade empties on the ground and play set.

They did a great job getting all of this done with no damage to the surrounding structures (much of this work was in a very tight space between houses) and minimal damage to ground plants. They did a great job cleaning up the debris from the yard when they were finished cutting things down.There was some initial difficulty communicating that made me a bit nervous before they showed up and started working (for example, I had to give them our street address and the agreed-upon time more than once). If that happens, don't let it worry you too much. They did a fine job for us, and I think that they gave us a very good price for the work that they did. We would recommend them to our neighbors.

It went very well. They were challenging trees, as they were very close and hanging over my house. They were able to take these two trees down without touching the house. Once they had the trees down and cut into pieces, they hauled it off to the dump. They cleaned up afterwards and my yard looked exactly as it did before they came minus two trees. They even cleaned off my roof, which was great, as I will no longer have issues with limbs and leaves on my roof now that these two trees are down. I didn't need my stumps grinded as they are hidden in flower beds behind bushes, but he would have done that for me if I needed it. I really like working with John and his crew and will continue to call him for any tree issues I have.

It went great! His crew showed up on time and got the job done quickly. They took some massive limbs down, cleaned up well when they were done and were gone within a few hours. The pricing was great and the job was superb. I now do not have to deal with all of the leaves and trash in my pool and the pool was much warmer over the summer because of the work they did.

The job took about one hour. The crew cleaned up the area once they were done.

John was very prompt in contacting me after I requested several options for dates of service. He also quickly made time to visit my house and provide a quote to me, which I accepted. Better still, service was performed the very next day and completed efficiently and with attention to detail. I appreciated the service and professionalism.

he didnt get here when he was suppose to. that's minor but it was kind of unprofessional. He was going to charge me an extra $500 more on top of the what the deal was offering.

He was nice. But next time we will have to do the work ourself

John looked at it and determined his crew could take it down, but when they actually started to work on it and realized how rotten the trunk of the tree is, they decided it was not safe for them to continue the work without a bucket truck. They were able to cut away many dead limbs and take down a very large dead branch that was hung up in the tree. They left our yard neat and hauled away all of the debris. They refunded most of the deposit we had paid up front, and recommended another contractor that does have a bucket truck. We appreciated John's honesty and his concern for the safety of his tree climber and other crew.

Mr. Green, the owner, is very professional and pleasant. He wants to get things right, so that there is no mistake about what a customer wants done. He has put down one pallet of sod, which is doing very well. I am still waiting for delivery of the second pallet, and I hope this will be done soon. But I would recommend Mr. Green. He seems like he is really trying to please his customers.

They came late morning after finishing another job. There were four in the crew that arrived. They were all very polite and professional in their job. A fourth person came later later with the grinding machine. The job site was cleaned up when they were done with the debrir of the stump grinding raked into the tree sites to fill in the holes as it decomposes, as explained previously. When I plan on having other trees trimmed, I plan on using this service.

I wrote a review earlier that I am making changes to. In the beginning I was not happy because I felt that he did not contact me as soon as he should have. I called him on the first day,, he answered and was busy and told me he would call me back. I waited 3 days with no call. At that time I wrote a negative review. The next day he came to my house first thing that morning; I showed him what needed to be done and he did everything for no charge. He did a very good job, I am pleased.

Provider arrived on time and work was performed in a professional manner. Afterward everything was cleaned up and left looking like it did prior to the job. John provided credentials and insurance documents. A price was negotiated on prior to the work and everything went as planned.

Once I purchased the Big Deal for this service and choose my appointment dates, I patiently waited to hear from the All Good Lawn & Tree Service. Two days went by and I didn't hear anything from them, so after waiting for 4 days I decided to give them a call. After finally getting in touch with the provider and scheduled a appointment setup for that day, to have him give me an estimate on the services that I wanted done. Once, the provider reached my resident and took a look at the tree that I need work done to, he informed me that it would be an additional $250 for that services. Which I believe was extremely expensive for what I wanted to have done. So, after calling around I realized that there were other companies that offered the same service for much cheaper.
