Description of Work: They cut down several trees, both large and small. One was hanging over our house, and they got it Down without a scratch.

Description of Work: I called and accidentaly got left off of his schedule for a while but kept calling and he came the next day to see what I needed. They wound up doing alot more work than I had anticipated but was needed the yard had not had any work done in quite a while. They worked hard the whole time they were here and cleaned up most all of the debris.

Description of Work: I needed the limbs of two tress trimmed to my fence line. The first contact was great. Mr.Green was in my neighborhood and came right over to give me an estimate. However after this he missed two scheduled appointments to do the work stating he didn't have his staff but he never contacted me to give me this information on the same day. I waited twice and had to call for the next few days to find out why he didn't show. He finally showed up with a tree climber to cut the limbs down. The job was done to my satisfaction but the actual time it took to get the job done was not to my satisfaction nor was the two missed appointments without a call.

Description of Work: Got one hardwood tree cut down. Good salesman, encouraging several more trees needed to be cut down. I agreed, but did not have the money, for that, at that time.

Description of Work: Removed one tree that was over the neighbors house and limbed 3 or 4 that were over our house.Cleaned gutters on two story house. |John is a very nice guy and did get the job done,but he needs to work on communication and final clean up. |This was my first tree removal and I did not get any estimates before,but I feel that the cost was way to much for the time involved.I would use John again if the cost was more reasonable.

Description of Work: The owner came out on a Sunday to look at what we wanted done. He provided an estimate-3 days later he came back with a subcontracter and cut down the dead tree. He cut up the tree into smaller sections and hauled everything away. Will definetely be using him again.

Description of Work: I paid $149 on line plus an additional $700 for the tree work. I was surprised that I ended up paying $849 for the service, but I do not know how to compare prices for tree work. Since I had already paid $149, I felt stuck with the additional billing. The work I needed was very high up in two trees and not very high in two other trees. Plus they took out three trash trees at the root. A crew of three did the work in about three hours, so I ended up paying approximately $280 an hour for the service. The work was schedule for Tuesday, March 18, but the crew showed up on Saturday, March 15 and began work without letting me know they would be there. I didn't mind the work being done early, but it would have been more professional to let me know to expect workmen in my yard on Saturday. Mr. Green was very polite, punctual, and did everything I asked him to do except the crew did not treat the high cut limbs to protect from insect infestation. I hope that does not become a problem. I have no experience with tree work, so I do not know what I should have expected for "the deal" -- ie $149 for $300 worth of work. I would be inclined to recommend All Good to friends, but I would encourage them to price shop.

Description of Work: For our $300.00 coupon, they agreed to remove three large rose bushes and trim two other bushes. Not a very good value but we agreed. They did not have the knowledge to properly prune the bushes. They were merely cut off with no attention to shaping or proper cuts. The rose bushes we wanted removed were cut back and the center of the root removed but not the rest of the roots. Additionally, they stepped all over the iris plants that were in the vicinity. | |We had them remove and replace our front lawn. The ground was not leveled well and there are large gaps with areas of the lawn that have no grass. He didn't measure and was short on sod so had to come back 10 days later to finish putting the sod down. I haven't asked them to correct the deficiencies due to the fact that I think they did the best they could. It just wasn't as good as I was expecting and not worth the value.
