Description of Work: We had a list of items from a home inspection. The most important ones were the front porch was never tied into the house. The supports under the back deck were substandard and was not safe. They also build me a fabulous front porch gate for my hooligan dog!

+ -1 morePerformance contracting was fantastic to work with. When I was looking for a contractor, the most important aspects I wanted were honesty, fairness, on-time, quality and follow-up. Ken and Jay fit that description perfectly. It's not too common to find contractors that fit everything. They are hard workers and aim to please and extremely trustworthy. I would certainly hire them again and recommend them. In fact, I have recommended them already to some of my friends and clients and they have performed well for them too. We will continue to use them for other things as they come up. You can't go wrong by hiring this team.
Description of Work: They renovated an entire lower level from the concrete block to completion, including a small kitchen and bathroom.
