Description of Work: Replaced hose behind the dryer. Determined that we had a problem with dryer hose in the crawl space and fixed that also. We could have had a problematic situation had they not discovered what was happening under the house. They found it, fixed it and gave us advice on what to do in the future.

+ -1 moreInterior and exterior leaking faucets led to concern that something was wrong with entry pressure. Contacted about 5 or 6 local providers and got prcing from about $320 to over $400, the lower priced ones required payment for initial visit and would expect to absorb that payment (approximately $80) in the final pricing, depending on what they find. I contacted Irwin Plumbing and they gave a flat rate for checking and change out. They were right on time, professional, and chanrged $325 total. I would definitely recommend and reuse Irwin again
Description of Work: Reviewed and tested pressure into house, determined that pressure exceeded maximum for house. Provided and installed new pressure regulator valve.
