Prompt with estimate. Came to house as promised, firt thing in the morning. Crew got to work immediately, removing old tub, then installed new tub. Check out operation of jets and drain before leaving. Cleaned up after work. All in all, very plleased with price and quality of work. Was very impressed when Mr. Bagwell called to see how the tub was working.

They are very punctual, they are very good at what they do and they do the job right on the go to do the job.

The employee who the company sent did not do exactly what I asked. He decided not to install an outlet because he realized the wall was plaster rather than drywall, and one of the outlets installed was not done correctly. The dishwasher hoses were not tightened at all so the dishwasher flooded the first time it was used. When I received a much higher bill, I called the owner (who had been out of town when the work was done) and he very kindly refunded my money and apologized for that particular employee. I think this employee was slacking because the boss was away; the boss was great and very ethical. My scores for him would be totally different than the employee who actually came to my house.

They are always on time, do a good job and I have always enjoyed them. They are friendly and fun. They are all local people and have been with the company for a long time.

I have used these folks a few times over the past three years. I was very comfortable with them in my home. They were very quick to come out when I had a problem. They did a great job. I was very happy with the service they provided, and would recommend them to others.

He came out after hours and didn t charge me extra. When he came out he got his work done pretty quick. He dug found and replaced the leaking pipe in the yard plus replaced some pipes under the sink because the builders used trailer pipes and didn t glue the elbows in the home. Donnie was so great, very honest and trustworthy, and he gave us the option to make payments in three monthly installments if we wanted to. That was impressive.
