+ -1 moreI have used Candid Home Inspections twice on rental property purchases and they will be doing a third inspection for me next week. They do a very thorough job and are honest in their assessment of property condition. Grant’s evaluation and concerns caused me to back out of the last purchase. My real estate agent starting recommending them too. I would recommend them to anyone buying a home.

+ -1 moreMike was very professional and knowledgeable. As a first-time home buyer, I was nervous about what to do and what to expect. He went through the house from top to bottom and explained what was right and what needed to be improved or repaired. A detailed report was provided after the inspection.
