Because this was a rental house, coordination was required for a third party. The APEX employee called prior to the day of the work to ensure that the people living in the house were aware that the work was going to be done the next day. I was expressed with everything that was done from the estimate to completion! Great Service and People. I will use them again!

Matt responded within a few minutes of receiving our request, we needed home and garage power washed before new windows were to be installed and he was able to accomplish the job on a very short notice and with a fair price as well.
