Tim's inspection was the most thorough home inspection we've ever had. He carefully documented both in writing and in photographs various items that were in need of repair. He found several issues under the house by crawling the length of the crawlspace. He took the time to explain what needed to be repaired and how the repairs should be done. He also answered our questions about house features and systems that we didn't understand. His communication was timely and excellent, with several follow-up questions answered promptly by email. We hired Tim again to do a re-inspection ($175) after the repairs were made. Tim was always punctual and professional in handling his appointments.

I liked everything about them, they were real professional. Ironically I found them on Angie's List after a friend recommended them to me. They gave me a price and stuck with that price and there were no hidden fees to deal with.

Great service. Very detailed inspection with nicely done report. I used them for all of my rental house purchases, and my own residence. Many houses were inspected before passed to my hand. Comparing their work to other inspectors, so far, Advantage was able to save my money on 1.) Pointing out a malfunctioning HVAC unit that previous 3 inspectors didn't find, $4,500. 2.) Stopping me from purchasing a run-down house which thought was cosmetic problem $42,000. 3.) Many other little things that adds up. 4.) 10% off Lowe's coupon which saves a lot for renovation. Also, they can always come to the site within 24 hours, sometimes even in few hours. This is great for investors.
