+ -1 moreThey are top-notch, very accommodating and did a good job. The first time we had them they were great, the second time they brought a new crew which were not capable and we reported it and they said they would send out another crew. I spent about $2500. When I first moved in we had a choice of picking out new floors. I have never had a laminate or wood floor and I really like the look so I had it done. The dishwasher flooded and the following morning we saw the change in the coloring of the wood. Fortunately we had insurance which helped us pay for the new flooring. Palmetto was very efficient in helping us with the situation and the installers weren't up to par and we then requested more experienced workers and they send out a fantiastic crew.
Description of Work: I used Palmetto Flooring twice 3 to 5 months ago. Our dishwasher flooded the floor while we were sleeping. So it was a big surprise to remake the floor.
