house cleaning
+ -1 moreWe called to arrange an initial meeting to walk through our house and get an estimate. She never returned that call so we sent her an email and she scheduled herself to come out this past Thursday. She contacted us that day and said she couldn't come because she needed to take a family member to the doctor and she didn't offer to come any other time. We were stupid enough to give her one more chance. We texted her and arranged to meet her on Saturday. She was a no-show! No phone call and no reply to our texts. We gave her every opportunity. My recommendation based on our experience is don't waste your time!
Description of Work: Total Fail! This review is on her lack of responsiveness. I can't review her cleaning services because she was a no-show!
