Stephanie called back after I submitted a request for service and was very knowledgeable on the phone and also when she showed up to do the work she was very helpful in identifying trouble areas that would need addressing to keep animals out of our attic. She did and inspection of the house and the attic where she found and removed a dead squirrel. I would totally recommend Precision Predator for all your needs. No other company I called would even return my call. I am beyond happy with the results and will definitely be using Precision in the future

Snakes are so elusive! I had a big black snake in my house, Stephanie came out right away. Unfortunately it crawled into a whole in the bottome cabinets.....Stephanie removed everything from the cabinets, in her search she found a couple of wholes (and pointed them out to me) that lead down to the basement. She was up and downstairs and stayed until she could find it....which she did and took it away. I am very grateful for her professionalism, patience and her knowledge!!
