Jody was very professional with the inspection. I thought I had squirrels in my roof area of my mobile home. After the inspection, Jody said it was probably field mice and set out bait traps. I signed up for a service to check monitor the traps and replace as needed. I now have peice of mind knowing that the critters will be taken care of .

Lots of knowledge professional and patient with answering all of our questions. All around good experience so far, they are not done yet.

Jody was very professional and responsive. The appointment was for 2/14/20, but he called me right away and re-scheduled the appointment for later in the day. Would recommend them highly.

Professional during the initial inspection, although he was late without notification. I hired them on 12/31 and paid 50% to install Ridgeline guard and other service. It is Jan. 17 and I have not heard anything about scheduling the installation date. Disappointed with lack of communication and wonder if the job will get done.

Jody came to my home on or about Oct. 12, 2019 and I paid him $550.00. I questioned having to pay him before he did anything, he told me he had to buy supplies. He came back a few days later at night (he had to wear a flashlight on his head with about 20- 3 feet sticks about 2 inches wide and a roll of black plastic and three traps, stayed about 30 minutes. He came back about a week later and asked if we had caught anything, we said no and he looked at the paper and traps and left after about 10 minutes. We haven't heard from him since. I would like for him to get this mess out of my yard and refund my money. I questioned him about a scam before he was paid. My husband and I are 92 and 87 years old and do not want to deal with this. Please help us.

Set a timeline and keep it. We did not and let him set his own. Bad idea. He held up repairing a leak on our a/c unit in our attic due to removing the bats in our attic.

We had skunks getting in our chicken pens, eating eggs and terrorizing our chickens. They were not afraid of us, even as we found them in the pen eating eggs! Jody came out and set traps, and immediately started catching skunks. (and a possum) Would highly recommend

Jody was able to come on a same day call and assess the problem. He came back and abated the bats, did a great job with the screens on the vents and is coming back to install a bat house.
