I spoke to Jody several times expressing that I needed someone to go under my mobile home to make sure there were no snakes. He agreed to do that and set traps if nothing was found. He went about 6 feet under my mobile home which is 70 feet long and said he didn't see anything. Snakes can go a lot of places under a home. I still do not know if there are snakes under my home or not. I had seen a copperhead go under my home which was the reason for contacting Precision Predator. Jody set two traps to be checked in a week. I don't know anymore now than I did before I contacted Precision Predator. I am very disappointed and feel like I have been ripped off. I would not recommend this company. I paid him 180 dollars and all he did was crawl a few feet under my home and set two traps. I am disabled and I have a fear that possibly a snake could get in my home. I really feel let down and I feel that I was misled.
