+ -1 moreWe first contacted BDRCC for an estimate. We were given a detailed and thorough estimate of services that could be provided. We then contacted BDRCC and scheduled a time for the following week. BDRCC arrived on time and were friendly and professional. Mr. John Roe patiently explained the entire process to me and what I could expect. He took great care to gently move our furniture and belongings. Our carpet was thoroughly and beautifully cleaned. All of our furniture and belongings were replaced exactly as they were before. The final cost matched the previously given estimate.
Description of Work: BDRCC cleaned our carpets and did a fantastic job!! They were able to remove stains that had been on the carpets for years. They were efficient, professional, prompt and thorough. I was extremely pleased not only with the quality of the carpet cleaning itself but also with the manner in which our furniture and belongings were handled and returned to their proper location. We have three children and much traffic in our house. BDRCC did a wonderful job from the beginning to the end. We were very happy with the work of this company and I would recommend BDRCC with great confidence.
