Chuck did a good job of showing me the different options, but I really had to do most of the research on my own. He was very patient with me as it took me about a year before I decided on what I wanted. He allowed me to make revisions to their standard contract/agreement. I contacted three of their references and they were all pleased and satisfied. I requested their top installer, Sam, and he was very professional and helpful. My only minor complaint was that they left saw dust under each window or door where they drilled for the installation. They demonstrated how to install the panels and left me with numbered diagram and matching numbers on all panels. After installation I wasn't pleased with some of the permanent hardware and they came back and replaced it with more aesthetic hardware. All in all I was pleased with their work and installation. I have since put up the panels for a recent storm and everything installed easily.
Description of Work: Removable hurricane panels added to all windows and doors at my home in Mt. Pleasant. I requested the clear Lexan panels after much research so the panels could be put up early and left up for weeks or months while still allowing natural light through the windows. I also requested interior closures for the second floor window so I wouldn't need a ladder to install anything.
