GUTTER MAN

Great, appointment was for 0900, they arrived at exactly 0900, did a wonderful job, price included taking the old gutter down, new gutter looks great, staff was super friendly!

It went well. They weather didn't cooperate so they had to reschedule a few times but I understood. Fast and professional once the weather cleared.

I hired them to install gutters all around the house. The house is 1 1/2 stories and with previous additions is not just your typical box house, so there are a few trickier areas to put gutters to make sure everything drains correctly. I left where to put the downspout and such to them, since they should be the experts. They did the gutters in a timely manner and were very pleasant. I had wanted to some rain barrels at various downspouts and they had not arrived on time, so they did come back and do the rain barrels. The HUGE problem has been with them standing by the work that they have done. One day when it was raining I was upstairs where I could see the gutters and the water was just sitting in the gutters, not flowing toward the downspouts, just filling up with more and more water- like they weren't properly sloping toward the downspout. With the latest massive down pouring of rain some gutters overflow and a downspout is in an inside corner so that all of the rain goes directly into the crawlspace under my house- which anyone with a crawlspace knows that is a huge moisture issue! Also, when they installed the rain barrels, they put the downspout directly into them and now all of the debris from the gutters is in the bottom of the rain barrels and I need to get a screw driver and disconnect the downspout and try and clean out the barrel so that it drains properly. I had called and left a message for them regarding these issues and asked them to please come out and take a look. I did receive a call back and they said that they would try to come the following week, and they would call back and give me a specific day. They had asked if I had cleaned the gutters, which we have several times. Well, several weeks and 5 more phone calls and messages left by me and I have heard nothing from them at all! The professional thing to do would be to stand behind your work! Call someone back and come out and fix it. That is no way to run a business! Very disappointed and would not recommend them.

The company is a pleasant husband and wife team, with Larry's emphasis on the hands-on aspects of the job while Jennifer fields most of the customer-service oriented aspects. They are both relatively professional. Their quote for services was considerably higher than other contractors that we had received estimates from. We had initially agreed to have the job performed by two other contractors, but they simply did not follow-through on the job after giving us an estimate. Perhaps they considered the job too small to bother with? Working with Gutter Man was a pleasure, with one exception. We had initially agreed to have the work done on one of two days. Jennifer had committed to phone us to confirm which date they would eventually arrive. When I did not hear from them, I called several days later. I had not afforded the previous two contractors this courtesy, but I was getting frustrated that I might never get the job done. Jennifer seemed very sincere in apologizing for the miscommunication, claiming that she had phoned someone, had left a message, and was remiss for not following up when she did not hear back from me. She stated that some oversized wedges that were needed for our job had not yet arrived and firmly scheduled the job for the following week. She apologized several more times regarding the miscommunication while the work was being performed. It hasn't rained yet, but we are very pleased with the appearance of the installed gutters. They look great and incorporated two relatively unique features (a rain chain and a rain barrel). We are very happy with the results.

when I called the Company, I spoke with Jennifer who identified herself as one of the owners. She was very pleasant to talk with and listened to what I service I needed. She said she was in my area and would stop by to have a look. I asked her if she had a ladder as I wanted her to look to see if my gutters needed cleaning out and if so could give me an estimate and we could move forward. She said she didn't have a ladder, but would get back to me when she got back to the office, looked at her calendar and would call me to set up a day/time. Didn't hear back from her so I called on/about April 1st or 2nd. Identified myself and left her a voice message in follow up. I have yet to hear back from her....!! Proper business protocol dictates at a minimum a return call......

I found this company on Angie's List. It is obvious why they have so many great and glowing reviews. She returned my call on a Saturday, was there within 5 minutes of when she said she would on the Monday. Drew up a quote and 4 days later, all my gutter work was done. The gutters look great. Very professional people. Price was almost identical to 2 other companies, but I felt she was the most professional of the 3, so I went with Gutter Man. Thanks for the great work, keep up the great business practices!!!!!!!!

Great - prompt response, rapidly got us an estimate, and did the work within two weeks.

They were very good. They gave me a quote and they were timely. They worked through the rain to get the gutters installed. They did everything they said they would do.

Jennifer returned my call promptly and arranged to give me an estimate the following week. She called a couple of days later to see if they could come early. They did, and gave me very reasonable estimates for several contingencies. I approved the work on the spot. The actual work was delayed by days of rain, but they arrived first available clear day. The only way I knew they'd been here was that the gutters weren't overflowing any more! They did the work most professionally, cleaned up after themselves. . . AND the price was less than the original estimate. Happy, satisfied customer!

Guttman-(Larry and Jennifer) were very punctual when they came to review our requirements and provide an estimate for the work and services required. The price was very competitive and since I had used them on a small job a few years ago, I chose to have them do this larger job and we set up a schedule for the work to be done. They showed up on time on the day we set for the work to begin, and did an excellent job. Larry and Jennifer were very professional, did a great job and based on the overall experience, we'd recommend them to other homeowners.

The job went excellent. Gutter Man is a husband. /wife team. I chose this company over 4 other on the simple fact that they made me feel like I was important to them as a customer and not "just another bid". I made the right choice. I couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend this company.

We needed screen added to a 15 foot section of gutter that we didn't want to reach(we aren't too comfortable with ladders). We also noticed that the squirrels were spending way too much time in the gutters on our second story (we had screen installed 2 years ago using a different company). They came out 6 days after we called. They added the screen, fixed the existing screen on the second story (apparently the first company didn't overlap the screen so the gutters were full of debris), cleaned out the gutters and evicted a squirrel. They are a very nice couple.

They came out on Saturday, measured and gave us an estimate. We agreed and the gutter and downspout were installed by Friday just before the lastest downpour. It did exactly what we wanted it to do.d

Gutter Man and his wife work as a team. They visited the house and provided an estimate within 48 hours of our first contact. They arrived on time to begin the work and it was completed as promised. The quality of the gutters and the installation are excellent. No problems at all. Additionally, they are extremely pleasant and professional folks. It was actually a joy to work with them. Highly recommended.

From their initial response to my phone inquiry, to completion of the job, Jennifer and Larry were a dream to work with! They were friendly, prompt, responsive and honest. I never felt rushed during our first consultation; they took their time working with me, as I tried to figure out the best color and material to go with. I loved the way that they painted the downspouts so carefully where the color went from the trim to the woodwork. They assured me that even though their work is guaranteed for just a year, they would always want to know about any problems and would try to make it right because they take pride in what they do, and they enjoy working together. They are a husband and wife team who are definitely soul mates and it shows in their workmanship!

I called them to come for an estimate and left message. They called back and made an appointment and came out within two days. They explained everything and answered my questions and gave a written proposal, good for 30 days. I thanked them and sought other estimates in the next two weeks, Their proposal was the best value. I called back and let them know they had the job. There was a wait of about 10 days while they finished other jobs but they showed up when they said they would and finished in about 2 hours. Very professional and the gutters look good.

Great service, friendly staff. They came out the same day that I called to provide an estimate. They installed the gutter within a few days of the estimate. They showed up on time and called prior to arriving. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again!

They are coming out to do work next week. The man who came out for the quote was very friendly. He showed up when they said he would. They seemed very reasonable in price.

I got them off of Angie's List. They had good reviews on Angie's List and that's why I used them. They did an excellent, excellent job. I was very happy with them. They were very friendly and down to home. They had told me that they'll be here at a certain time and they had got off to the warehouse to get the material and the material wasn't quite ready so the lady called me and let me know what was going on. They both got here about 10 minutes within the arranged time, which I thought was excellent. They got right on the job and they cleaned up every little piece of metal they had. They readjusted a couple of things the way I wanted them to be adjusted. It was just a perfect job and I'm just thrilled with it. They assured me that I can give them a call if anything comes up. They said that they would be glad to come right over and make everything right. I would definitely recommend them. I thought their price was very fair because I have a large house and all 4 sides had to be guttered. I also had 6 downspouts. Their punctuality was good because she called me before the time and informed that she was at the warehouse. They still got here within 10 minutes of the already appointed time. They were very professional. I probably interrupted them more. They were born and raised and we are new here so I was probably asking them a lot of questions. They were being great telling me about all the things that they thought I might be interested in. There were a lot of very friendly exchanges. I thought they were very professional and wonderful people. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Gutters were overflowing in two areas Installed larger gutters and water dams to deflect water into the gutters and to the downspout.

I called for an estimate on Wednesday, had the estimate completed on Thursday (left in a mutually agreed upon spot - so had it when I got home from work). I called Thursday night to find out when they could complete the job. My gutters were installed the following Monday morning at 9:00 AM for the same price quoted. They were fast, efficient, and professional. I was able to get the job set up and completed without any interruption to my work schedule. Gutterman did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new gutters.
