Description of Work: We had a water stains on walls and thought it was the siding but discovered it was from the roof. Company came out to fix holes in roofing and repaired the rusted spots on roof Sealed plumbing pipe collar and fixed holes by windows. Caulked window .

+ 19 moreOnce I found the plans I liked for my new home, Mr Evans was quick to start with finding who we needed to start work asap. They started work in mid September of 2008 and was finished with my home in March of 2009. The work was beautiful. Mr Evans was very helpful with suggestions any time I needed I guide in the right direction....looking for fixtures for lighting, bathroom and kitchen. Mr Evans likes to know things are done right the first time. If he sees a mistake; he makes sure it is corrected immediately. My home is beautiful and I love every moment spent in it.
Description of Work: MC Services (Corey Evans), did an excellent job as contractor on my new home. Making sure the best people for each job was chosen. Everyone always showed up on time and did work well. Mr Evans was there on every workday to make sure jobs were being performed right and on time.

+ 3 moreThe houses turned out perfectly and three have already sold (these were investment properties). I expect a contract soon on the last one.The crew arrived every day as scheduled. They were also flexible with a few mid-job changes that had to be made. Overall, a very good experience.
Description of Work: MC Services gutted and remodeled four houses for me. The finish work was perfect - it was granite countertops and hardwood floors - upper end finish work. On one house they replaced all the windows. There was a lot of structural and foundation repair work on three of the properties. The crew was very polite and easy to communicate with and the work went forward quickly and smoothly. I will definitely use this company again in the near future.
