The company representatives were very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the process of exterminating the termites and rodents in my attic. I hope to never need their services again but would definitely use them again if the need arises.

This rating is based on the fact that we did not get everything that was identified and understood to be part of the overall project as explained during the sales presentation. The workman, while professional and knowledgeable, had a different few on what was covered and what was not, no fault of theirs. Did not like that we had to contact the sales rep several times for us to verify and for him to confirm with the workman those parts of the project where there was a misunderstanding on what was to be included. At the end, I was not happy that we paid for a service were some things that were discussed during the sales pitch were not done and/or differed from what was told. Would like to see the price adjusted to reflect the difference.
