"SAVED MY 84 y.o. MOM'S & MY DAY/WEEK!! Incredible service! Mom's 84 in Summerville, I live in California... Right off the bat, Sammy, the biz owner, responded, within 5 mins of yelp request. He gave me a price that was flat rate and VERY reasonable. Didn't need to set appt to come (days later) to give an estimated (over-priced) bid. (All via yelp msging) I told him I was going to buy new Rheem water heater at Home Depot. He offered to pick it up to save me the delivery charge and not charge more money!$$$ He could do it same day or next AM. I AGREED. Bought unit online from Home Depot in Summerville. Made him the contact pickup person. Sent him the order #. He picked it up. Took out & away the old unit (rusted out bottom) and put in brand new unit / cleaned up the mess) this was all done by 7pm on the SAME DAY!! I didn't order the unit until almost 1pm. He msged me a chase bank credit card payment link to pay. Easy & secure. My Mom was VERY HAPPY & GRATEFUL to Sammy at KLC. I was so HAPPY with how it all turned out I asked him if he had Venmo or cash app and sent him more money $$ directly!! Very grateful... "This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
