Not well, First, Ben is very nice, and very polite but he's got more stories than children's book section at the local library. I should have known it was going to be a problem when it took three appointments, two that were kept, just to get an estimate. I gave him the benefit of the doubt since I had used him for lawn and general landscape clean up an trimming in February. This time I needed sod installed , beds cleaned, edged and mulched as well as pine straw put down. Not a big job, but too big for his skills. Grass was growing into the beds and I told him i wanted the beds "defined" translation edge the beds, clean out the weeds and crab grass put down weed kill and add mulch. I got a call from my wife saying he wasn't going to edge the beds he was just going to spray the crab grass. What? Now there's a charge for that, really? Next hack was the sod. There was an area that was supposed to be sodded yet, right in the middle he left a 7x 10 section with no sod. He said there was no need to sod it since there was good grass growing there? So now there's this big whole of un sodded are that looks ridiculous and there was a pallet and a half of unused sod. This guy has either no idea what he's doing or he just doesn't know what bad workmanship looks like. By the way I took some of the unused sod and laid it down and now it looks like it was supposed to. He started on Friday and on Saturday he left without completing the job. I paid him the balance in full and asked when he'd be back to finish the sod and mulch. His answer, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday. On Friday I sent him a text asking if he were coming that day or Saturday. His answer, trouble gettin sod. Really, trouble getting sod he blamed the rain and it hadn't rained until Friday. Made a call to Nimmer left a message they called back in 20 minutes and yes I could get sod by Tuesday, really so if I called last Monday or Tuesday could I have gotten sod by Thursday or Friday answer, yes absolutely. Right, real tough getting sod. I mentioned this to Ben, "I was busy with other scheduled jobs, really I was a scheduled job that waited 2 weeks for an estimate and 3 weeks to get on the schedule. So today a week and a half later the rare hard to get sod was put down and in true high quality fashion. My advise, if you need someone to clean up or mow your lawn he's you guy much more than that and he's out of his league. JMHO

Ben was very punctual and professional and performed the job in a timely manner. He is an extremely polite young who responds to phone calls, texts, or e-mails almost immediately. We were very happy with the results and would highly recommend him, as well as use him again.

Ben was out within hours of contacting him. Gave me a fair price to install a new controller. System is working great and will use him again when I need any landscaping services. I feel comfortable referring my friends and neighbors to him.

Ben was extremely responsive and such a polite and respectful young man. His maturity was beyond his young age. I cannot impress enough what a not only great job he did but also how fair the cost of repairs were. I would highly recommend calling Ben for ANY of your irrigation needs. A young, highly motivated individual who aims to please!
