Description of Work: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! Perry Harris is a great salesperson. He makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, but that is soon soured by the lack of quality work. The roofers nailed directly into rotting boards that should've been replaced. Our roof was only a 3-day job (15JAN2020) according to the company. It is now 15FEB2020, and we are still waiting on fascia to be replaced. We had 4 hits on our appraisal inspection, and 3 are from the roof. The office secretary is absolutely USELESS!!! We would call the office and express concern or inquire about work completion, and there was never any follow up. When we call back she says her child was sick or a worker had the flu. We would contact Perry directly and he would promise someone would come out. So, here we are 15FEB2020, still waiting, yet we're already making payments. We also purchased 4 windows for $4400, and the installers "no-showed" twice. We texted and left a phone message with Perry, and again, he promises someone will be at our house tomorrow. Description of Work: i called on mar 17, got a spanish voice mail so i hung up. A few minutes later a call came in from a lady asking if i was calling about roof work, from the same number i dialed, i said yes i had a leak from my chimney. She said someone would come over mon around 9am, she knew where i was . I called mon around 9.15 to confirm and a man answered and said he knew he was coming but couldn't make it till `1.30,after he dropped his crew off in the neighborhood for a job. 1.30 came and went , i called at 3.30, he said hold on a minute, then he hung up. I have called many,many times since then and only get the voice mail, and no return calls. I finally found someone else, less etnic, who is doing the job. All they had to do was be polite and say they didn't want the job or whatever, but no, so if this is an example of how they conduct business, then i'm probably lucky

Description of Work: I have had problems with a few roof leaks. Two brothers came to my home ,examined the roof and provided a solution. Replace the 80 squares of shingles or fix the area's where the problem developed from a prior remodeler. $15,000.00 or $1500.00 for a guarenteed fix. The work was done neatly on time and on estimate. I paid them an additional $100.00 for my satisfaction
