Tony's Tree Service

HORRIBLY. First tree landed on garage. Tony said on purpose to make it easier to cut up. Second tree damaged brick patio. Stumps not ground down well enough. Had to buy equipment and re-do. Doesn't /wont give written contract. I asked three times. Threatened to put "mechanics / Contractors Lein" on home because, "we're too busy working to fight it. My friend , the judge, will make sure I win" Check out thoroughly and get signed contract. Promised to finish first tree the next day, got flat tire, but was still going to come. Never arrived. Pungent alcohol aroma from his cologne should've tipped me off. Terrible decision on my part.

Required climbing very high and dropping some large broken limbs. Also some smaller ones that were getting close to the roof. Did a good job of clean up as well after cutting.

No issues.

Tony's crew are great. Excellent customer service. While I marked average on the responsiveness and punctuality , it is only because the crew was busy clearing damaged trees on the Island from the Hurricane.

Hard to find someone after hurricane Matthew. Tony came for an estimate and showed concern. He got the job scheduled within a day or two because of the danger the tree posed. He also quoted other trees. Price was way too high but I needed the service and thanks to Tony for preventing damage to my house. I could not pay Tony's price for a routine removal

Went well and we shook hands and Tony told me if I ever needed his services he would be happy to help.

I called Tony second on the list based on number of ratings, the first choice sounded fancy and larger. The first number I tried was the wrong one, so I went to his website and found the correct number. It went to voicemail, but within 5 minutes I had a call back, and he was over to see the tree within an hour. He sounded backed up on work, but could see the rotten Pine next to my house was dangerous, so he got a crew out the next day. They were professional and friendly, they had the correct equipment, and removed the tree in a manner which ensured the safety of my house. I was very satisfied with the timely and professional service, which seems hard to find in the area.

He and his crew came as promised, did an excellent job. Cleaned up after themselves, I was completely satisfied with the work they did and plan to call them again for some further trimming.
