Description of Work: My laptop was locked up and I called to see if they could look at it. I was given suggestions to try over the phone and was able to get it working again while the tech was on the phone assisting me. I would not hesitate to use them in the future for any other computer problem I may have in the future.

Description of Work: Rebooted an old laptop that would not restart. Recharged battery. Did what they said they would, when they said and for the price they quoted. Also advised it might quit again and to replace it. So we were able to recover all data and transfer to a new laptop.

 + -1 moreA renter in a vacation rental condo that we have reported that the wireless network wasn't working. We live too far to check it out in person, so I called Tech Heads to see if they could help. They called me back within a couple of hours and suggested one more check for the renters to try--after that didn't work they scheduled a service call for the next day. Tyler first checked our existing setup to see if it could be reset, and when that didn't work he replaced a faulty component, and then checked to make sure that our VOIP phone was working after the reset. He was very professional and called to let us know that he would be 15 minutes late, and he took care of the problem efficiently. Since we don't live nearby it is very nice to have reliable service providers who are willing to work with renters, and I would certainly call Tech Heads in the future.
Description of Work: Checked a wireless network in a rental unit that a renter had reported as not working, replaced router, checked VOIP phone after router was replaced.
