We hired RCH to remodel 2000 sf including a new kitchen, flooring, electrical, plumbing and painting. RCH painted the entire 2000 sf incorrectly. After we verified by Sherwin Williams not once but twice that RCH did indeed paint incorrectly RCH refused to accept this and walked off the job. We also had to point out to them a dozen mistakes including installing a ceiling fan in the wrong room. We found that there were many communication problems between Hugh, Heidi and Kathleen resulting in weeks of delay and the need to repeat ourselves over and over. It was the "too many cooks in the kitchen" issue. RCH forced us to take legal action. We ended up prevailing in Bluffton Magistrate Court.

They designed and built a 2 car garage with a new Master suite above garage. Built new circular driveway, new front porch and installed new windows, front door with side lites. They replaced worn and damaged wood with new Stucco on the entire front and side of our home. They opened up kitchen area and put in pantry and oak staircase up to the Master Suite. All other quotes came back without a plan to get to the upstairs room with the exception of one and they wanted to make a staircase outside and block in our kitchen window. This design is perfect.
