+ -1 moreThe computer could not fixed by Professional Tech, nor could it be fixed by a close relative who also works in the computer/technology field.
Description of Work: Professional Tech did as much as they could to save our 5+ year old computer. They actually worked on it three times at the original price. I would highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreI was very happy with the overall results on the computer. If they could do anything to improve it would be to call with updates when they said they would. they got better about this as the process went along but at first I had to initiate all calls to get updates.
Description of Work: They evaluated my laptop which wouldn't start and determined it was a bad hard drive. They retrieved information from the old hard drive, installed a new hard drive, ran diagnostics and updated the new hard drive and restored all my old data.
