Description of Work: This company was initially engaged through our condo management company but then we worked directly with them. All work and communication was extremely professional and his pricing seems reasonable. We had a plumbing leak between units and after the plumber made his repair PCT Services removed and replaced the water damaged ceiling area and installed a new bathroom exhaust fan/light. He was considerate of our guests who were on a short term rental of the unit while he was doing the repair. We have already engaged him to do further work for us and expect this to be equally professional. His pricing is competitive.

Description of Work: The shower in my Hilton Head condo needed emergency repair, which Butch did so it could finish out the rental season. We met again on 9/10/13 so he could evaluate the shower for gutting it, then installing new backer board and retiling. He said he would come up with an estimate. It's more than 3 weeks later and I haven't gotten the estimate. I've emailed and called him but get no response. It's hard to understand why someone would evaluate a potential job site and never follow up.

Description of Work: Renovated a guest bathroom and master bathroom.

Description of Work: Butch Fletcher and his PCT crew did an outstanding job updating our villa near the beach at Hilton Head. They expertly remodeled the kitchen, cutting a pass-through from the kitchen to the dining room, installing new cabinets and recessed lights, and installing hardwood on the entire first floor. The floor installation is noteworthy, because the old floor was a carpet-covered concrete slab, and they had to level and "float" the new floor, with a gorgeous result. And in order to install the floor, they had to completely remove an old wet bar in the dining room, and re-route drain lines. They repaired the ceiling on the second floor, patching old popcorn ceilings where needed, and removing and smoothing the ceiling and walls in and near three very high and difficult-to-reach skylights. Butch's crew replaced an old trellis-type stair rail and banister with a beautiful new oak stair rail and banister. They designed a build-out of a laundry double doorway, and replaced old folding doors with beautiful new 6-panel doors. Anytime any minor work was subbed out, Butch personally ensured the work was performed to spec and completed professionally. On two occasions during the update, another contractor who was otherwise doing very good work, had to drop out because of extenuating circumstances. Butch and his PCT crew stepped up immediately both times and took over the other contractor's work, expeditiously and professionally completing all work that would have otherwise cost us more money and time.
