+ 0 moreAt first they were responsive. However, after ordering (or building) the wrong size window and doing the same for the mullions, it became a chore to get them to respond to our inquiries and keep the project going. Once they had been installed, the installation of the mullions was really bad, yet it was hard to get them to come out to fix the issue. Eventually they did - not to our complete satisfaction, but we were ready to move on. About 3 weeks ago a mullion fell off outside and I called their number and no one answered. I tried again and again and eventually was able to leave a voicemail that was never returned. I finally tried sending an email and after a few emails received a reply from Joe asking what they could do. I received a call from one of their workers who left their number, but the number doesn't accept voicemails and no on was answering. I followed up and finally today, they sent a wonderful young man out who was very helpful and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. If they were all like this young man, I would use them again, but as they are now - never.
Description of Work: In Summer of 2013, they replaced several windows and put tinting on several windows. They just returned to replace a mullion that fell off a window.

+ -1 moreOwner continuously took customers deposits, delayed installations because he would spend their money on anything but what he was supposed to do, which was order their glass/showers/etc... Would lie to customers with a smile on his face, and bounced all of our pay checks, to the amount of thousands of dollars! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Consider yourself fore warned!!!
Description of Work: I worked for this company and it was the worst experience of my life!

+ -1 moreI had a bathroom mrror replaced a year ago and already it's showing black markings coming through the mirror itself. I've called them three times, one of which I talked to a woman who said it should not have happened on a new mirror. I've left two messages and they refuse to call me back. I'm going through the Better Business Bureau, but such poor business ------ I would never use them again nor will I refer th3em to anyone.

Description of Work: AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. Stay away! This company jerked me around for over eight weeks trying to get glass cut for household furniture. They lie through their teeth. Weeks after severing ties w/ Oceanside and giving up on ever receiving the glass that I had ordered weeks earlier, they had the nerve to call and apologize stating they were "undergoing some changes" and wanted to make it up to me by giving me the glass for free. Like a sucker, I reluctantly agreed and scheduled a time to have it delivered and they DID NOT SHOW UP! Have not heard from them since! What an absolute joke. I went to their storefront which was locked. I went to the business next store and asked if Oceanside worked out of that unit and the adjoining business owner said that I was the 5th p*****-off customer that had showed up in his store looking for someone at Oceanside to complain to. I wish there was a better business bureau to complain to but of course Oceanside is not a member...what a surprise. Save yourself the aggravation. I went to Labbe Glass and had no problems. Should have gone their originally.

+ -1 moreMy experience with them was a disaster. It was very negative. They took the deposit and they did not show up. They have my money now. They did part of the work and now they are telling me that they do not have money and their business is bad. I have all the documents but I just wanted to warn others not to fall into the same trap. There was no professionalism. There was no punctuality. Initially, they came across, as their pricing was okay. However, it doesn’t do any good if they don’t give one the product especially when I have already paid them some amount.
Description of Work: I used Oceanside Glass & Mirror about six months ago. I wanted a shower glass and a window in the house installed.
