Overall the process went well. Andrew gave us a quote, his team performed the work on time, and the finished product looks great. I did not grade 'A' because they did not sand/treat the surfaces adequately therefore they had to repeat the process in several areas. Also, they didnt caulk the raised panels of the cabinet doors leaving fairly large visible cracks. It took some arm twisting to get them to take all the cabinet doors back off, caulk and repaint them again.

NHance was excellent from estimate to finished product. Very professional. When they scheduled us, they told us it would take 3 days. Due to a schedule change, they were able to move us up and it only took 2 days. They sent me picures during the entire process; including how they covered my doorways, appliances, and ceiling before they sanded or painted. My kitchen was spotless when they finished. They even called before purchasing the paint to make sure I realized it had a yellow tint and worked with me 250 miles away to get the perfect color. My cabinets look brand new and I couldn't be happier with my cabinets or their service.

Perfectly. The two technicians were on time, efficient, knowledgeable, polite, professional. The process took three days. Each day a different area of the space was completed. Furniture was moved by the two technicians without any issues. We never had to leave the house (we had access to bedroom and bath from a patio). Virtually no clean up or mess. We only had to remove surface items on furniture that was going to be moved. Bookshelves, artwork, etc. remained in place and had no impact from the procedure. Andrew followed up a few days later to make sure that we were satisfied. We would highly recommend this process if the situation warrants it. It was half the cost of sanding and refinishing and the results were better than expected.

This is an awesome service! We live in the Low Country of Georgia, which means our dogs track in sand from outside. Walk on that sand with a hardwood floor, and you may as well be sandpapering the floor itself. Our floors were horrible. Now, they are bright and richly shiny again. The crew came in and was very respectful, including moving the furniture and keeping us informed of the schedule. The floor was done over a month ago, and it is wearing like iron! No change since it was re-finished. It still looks GREAT!

Everything went exactly as planned. The crew did a fine job, and the rep' was very professional.

the salesperson told us they could do our floors but he mislead us. After we called back, someone else told us that that sales person no longer worked there and they could not do it. Very unprofessional group

They were very responsible and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Andrew and his helper did a great job. We did not have to do the whole floor and they blended the match so good that without knowing, you could not see the difference between the refinished part and the original part. Work was prompt and clean as promised. Would recommend N-Hance to anyone looking to refinish a floor without the whole sanding process

Andy came the night before to epoxy, repair and fill gaps in the wood. The next day, Andy and the workers showed up as scheduled at 7:45 a.m., and continued preparing the floor for refinishing. They moved the furniture, and since we didn't really need sanding, we didn't have to cover anything. They finished the floor by evening. Andy, the owner came back himself the next day and did the doors, columns and a wooden porch step.
