LYNES HOME INSPECTIONS

Lynes Home Inspections performed a inspection of our condo for a buyer. We were astounded with the multiple non factual errors that the report contained. It appeared that the report was 90% boiler plate and not factual. The inspections was in the morning with rain and fog and he reported that the seals on the sliding glass doors were defective, absolutely not true. The rain and fog had made the outside of the door wet with condensation because of the weather. Our agent returned in the afternoon and had to take pictures of the door for proof that it was not faulty. Many other miss-representations were also present. I would strongly NOT recommend this organizations to anyone who want a fair and accurate inspection. What he did has caused a lot of problems and extra work for everyone for faulty observations. People like this give the Home Inspection industry a bad name. I am going to actively spread the word to everyone I can, pick someone else for good work!
