Description of Work: Imperial provides quarterly spraying. Our service rep is professional,friendly and always on time. They will come out immediately if called between sprayings.

Description of Work: Date was earlier |They were suppose to dig a 6" trench around perimeter of house and apply termite treatment. The only thing done was the area that had evidence of termite infestation. Although I did treatments since then the proof of their THEFT STILL EXISTS. The holes on the porch cement was drilled 2" deep and the goop added- they didn't drill all the way thru to bottom. Cement should have covered the goop so that the holes are invisible instead of light grey eyes every 14 inches

 + -1 moreThey do a good job and they seem to have the same employees coming to do the job. They take care of special requests. I haven't had any experience with any other company and I haven't compared prices.
