+ -1 moreThe gentlemen that performs the work is very professional and thorough. He is usually prompt and knows our home very well. We trust him to do the work without supervision. At one time we had a few mice that moved in during the winter and he left traps that and quot;collected and quot; them. The only problem we have is with the company office staff. They are very difficult to get on the phone and do not return messages. Even when appointments are made , nobody shows up! This situation may cause us to change companies although it means another expensive termite bond will be required.
Description of Work: Normal external and in home spraying of the residence and garage cottage.

+ -1 moreThey are very punctual. They will definitely respond to any problems that I might have after their service in between quarterly treatments. I would use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Heritage Pest Control. The last time they came out to do work for me was probably about a month ago. We had them out probably three times during the spring. They charge $60 for the visit. They do treatment and spray. For any follow up problem that I might have, they come out at no charge. They handle insects and not anything larger.
