+ -1 moreFantastic!! Jim is a great guy, very knowledgeable and a joy to get to know. When my wife was stung by a bumblebee after the treatment he came back out at no cost, found the nest and eliminated them as well. Highly recommend!!

+ -1 moreJim sprayed all of the attic space as well as various place inside the house. He was very thorough and took his time to make sure and get all of the nooks and crannies inside the house. I did not witness his procedure for outside of the house because I had to leave for work. When I returned home from work I noticed that there were some spider webs in the eaves of the house that were missed. I called Jim to ask about this and he came back to the house that day and knocked all of the spider webs down. He is very responsive and I am confident that he will uphold his end of the 1 year guarantee and come by the house should we have any issues within the 1 year time frame.

+ -1 moreJim was punctual and very informative. He took care of the roach problem I'd been having very thoroughly. He even fogged the attic and a attic space in the laundry room, which the old company had NEVER performed. The only problem is that I've spent the rest of the week picking up dead roaches. Price was right and service excellent. The best part is that it only has to be done once a year! And if any bugs come back, he will re-visit and take care of. Glad I called!

Description of Work: Jim did an exceptional job treating my home : ) Returned my call almost immediately and setup an appointment. Showed up early, was friendly and professional. His $199 complete deal is very competitive and extensive. Here it is to the best of my knowledge: Jim fogged the the attic, treated underneath all sinks, dishwashers and all cracks in baseboards: outside he sprayed the exterior with a wet spray, and did some kind of a extra spider "deweb" treatment...oh and also treated all window & doors inside and out. left no mess and wasn't too chatty : )
