They are the best on the island. I feel it’s a very well-run company and I trust them to do the work.

Very professional company to deal with. I took five bids from five different companies. Only Goochnauer provided me with a complete proposal in writing with specific detail related to the work to be performed. The Goochnauer proposal was on their company form which was one of the best documents for this type of work I have ever seen. Certainly in this case their proposal far outdistanced their four competitors whose proposals were on notebook paper with only a price and equipment depicted. The Goochnauer proposal covered the complete installation including checking on duct work. None of the others would commit to checking on the duct work. All indicated they only installed the units. Goochnauer not only checked the duct work, they repaired leak and replaced a duct pipe that had been improperly installed when the house was built. When the work was completed their two installers explained the workings of the new equipment and cleaned up the work area perfectly. They scheduled a follow up with an individual who came out a week later and did a complete inspection of the work performed including checking the efficiency of the entire installation having to climb into the attic to do so!. In my experience of numerous career related moves in five states and having numerous residences, I have never ben involved with a better company. Goochnauer is a company worth emulating. In the future I hope their emergency call out service is as good as their installation work.

Called them for estimates for a geothermal heating system. (Saw their name in an ad by a company that makes such systems.) Turns out the cost is very high, involves drilling two wells 75 feet apart, etc. The rough estimate in my case was $20,000. It would take over 20 years to pay for itself in cost savings, so I went no further. They seemed very competent in this type of work, but I would have to have a house three times my present one to even consider this expense.

The technician was prompt and checked my systems. He noticed a malfunctioning condensate overflow protection switch. He explained the problem and asked for permission to replace the switch. He quoted me a price and made the repairs quickly.

As part of the issue from our service call was an additional capital investment, they were timely and competitive in pricing and the subsequent installation was very good. Excellent ataff Excellent quality control structire.

My experience with them has been good. They come out a couple of times a year. We are on a yearly contract. They come out and get the job done and cleanup after themselves. I would continue to use them in the future.

What stands out about the services the price was fair. And also good word of mouth. And I like the way they did the work And that's about it I like their equipment they used, Very prompt.

Called and scheduled appointment the day before Thanksgiving. This was for routine semi-annual inspection, there were no problems that required fixing. The man doing the inpection showed up on time and completed the job in under an hour. He explained what he checked and indicated that nothing needed any further repairs. I believe he was very thorough and will use them in the future.

They were very responsive and gave me a very detailed estimate but I have not made my mind up. I am still contemplating who to use.

It has been an outstanding experience working with them. Their prices are competitive. Their people are responsive and they show up on time, they are very proactive with scheduling. I have recommended two friends to them who have also become regular clients. I would use them again in a heartbeat and clearly recommend them to anyone who is looking.
