+ -1 moreSee above. I was shocked to get a bill for the 2nd service call, where he didn't even lay a hand on the unit, and said "I don't know anything about these units". I called Culligan HHI, and was basically told I had to pay the bill. I finally just paid it, as they were sending me me monthly bills and charging me interest. I will not do business with these sheisters again.
Description of Work: Inspected leaking water filtration unit. The same guy has serviced the unit a few months earlier. I moved into the house after he inspected it. When I found it leaking (spraying from the top unit), he inspected it and said "I don't know anything about these units". It was not a Culligan unit, to be fair, but he had no problem servicing it in the first place.

The technician tested my water which supplies my instant hot, my drinking water and my refrigerator - including the ice cube maker. The system is working well and the work was done efficiently and timely.
